I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, Educator, and Business Owner. I created the Nurture and Navigate Retreat to support other women entrepreneurs who are well… doing it all! When you are a small business owner you tend to get lost in all the things to do and it becomes all work and no living. But that typically leads to burnout and discouragement.
The Nurture and Navigate Retreat is very special. It promotes work/life balance in a healthy, effective way. It supports focus, alignment, wellness, development, and fun! I know first hand how your business will not be okay if you are not okay. I’ve had failed businesses because I wasn’t grounded while in business. I learned many lessons but the most important one was taking care of myself in every way to show up in others areas of my life.
I want you to experience and learn how to actually do ‘work/life balance’. It is an actual practice that entrepreneurs and professionals should not only learn but implement regularly. 9:00am – Welcome and Introduction:
Gather participants, share the schedule, and set journaling intentions for the retreat, light AM refreshments. Journal Prompt.
10:00 – 11:30 AM – Partnering on a Mindful Nature Walk:
Find a partner for a walk in nature. Use the opportunity to focus on the sights, sounds, and smells around you.
10:00 – 11:30 AM – Break/ Vendor Services and Networking
12:00 PM – Lunch: Enjoy a healthy, mindful meal; participants are encouraged to eat slowly and savor each bite.
1:30 PM – Guided Meditation Session: Breathe awareness and clearing session.
2:30 PM – Break/ Time in Nature
2:30 PM – Focus Training (30 minutes):
In this session, participants will focus their attention on strategic ways to better structure their workflow without leading to burnout.
3:00 PM – ‘Your Biggest Fan’ Practice: (30 minutes)
Strategies for affirming positivity in yourself and your success.
3:30 -3:45 PM – Short Break (15 minutes)
3:45PM – Collaborative Flow & Networking :
Engage in collaborative conversation and networking with other participants. Share insights, suggestions, advice, and recommendations that can promote other’s success. Vendor Services.
4:30PM – 5 PM – Body Scan & Stillness Practice:
Ending the retreat with mindfulness and stillness meditation to promote contemplation and reflection of the day.
5:00 PM – Retreat Ends
Retreat Admissions Options are on a first come basis. If a retreat admissions package is no longer available, other retreat admissions options are available for purchase until sold out. Each option has limited inventory and will be sold until completely out.

While overnight accommodations are not included with the day retreat, that does not stop you from staying a bit longer to enjoy the retreat venue and it’s amenities.
To stay overnight you can book directly with the retreat venue and like the day retreat, bookings are on a first come basis.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to get parked and join the breakfast.
We recommend light, comfortable clothing. This could include yoga & meditation attire, short and tanks. Tennis shoes are highly recommended, especially on the hiking trails. You are encouraged to be comfortable.
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold tickets. This is why each option is on a first come basis. Please review the retreat agreement and terms for more information on admission tickets.
Yes! All guest attending the retreat are required to complete the Registration Form after purchase. This includes guests who are retreating with a friend. The second guest would need to complete the registration form sent after the retreat purchases.
The retreat includes both a light breakfast and lunch. Neither the breakfast or the lunch cater to any specific diet or diet plan. A menu will be provided in the welcome packet sent before the retreat.
The venue is offering the option for guest of this retreat to purchase overnight stays separately from the day retreat. Guest interested in staying overnight can make a reservation directly with the retreat venue.
Yes! The venue requires participants to sign a pool waiver before access to the pool is granted. The pool waiver will be sent in the welcome packet. You can also complete the pool waiver and email it directly to the venue.
