In this session, we’ll do a stillness meditation to allow contemplation or settling of the nervous system. In my last stillness session we read the seventh and final spiritual law of success by Deepak Chopra before our session to inspire contemplation. In this session we’ll begin reading a new piece to inspire our contemplation. Metaphysical Meditations by Paramahansa Yogananda. These session is slightly guided. I am trying to gather as much insight that bubbles up in these sessions. Afterwards, there will be time to reflect and maybe even journal out what’s come up. I hope you’ll join me!
